What is AYCO?
AYCO is a Lahore-based tech accessories store. We sell keyboards, mice, headphones, cables, chargers, gaming gear, and desk essentials with honest product labels, real stock, and same-day delivery across Lahore.
Does AYCO offer same-day delivery?
Orders placed before 7 PM in core Lahore zones qualify for same-day delivery. We confirm your slot on WhatsApp after checkout. Use the area checker on our homepage to see if your neighbourhood is covered.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Lahore. Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. You can also pay online with Safepay or via bank transfer / Raast.
How do AYCO reward points work?
Members earn reward points when an order is delivered — 1 point per Rs. 100 spent, with higher earn rates at Silver and Gold tiers. Redeem points at checkout for rupees off (1 point = Rs. 1). Track your balance, missions, and tier in My Account.
What is AYCO's replacement policy?
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns may incur a rider fee — see our replacements page for full details.
Where does AYCO deliver?
AYCO currently delivers across Lahore, Pakistan. We're expanding to more cities — use the area checker on the homepage or contact us on WhatsApp if you're unsure about your zone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, Safepay card checkout, and bank transfer / Raast. The options available to you are shown at checkout. Members can also redeem reward points for an instant discount.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Orders to see live status on everything prepping, dispatched, and delivered. Guests receive a lookup link by email after checkout. We also WhatsApp your delivery window before dispatch.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. You can check out as a guest with your phone number or email. Create a free account anytime to save your wishlist, earn reward points, redeem at checkout, and see your full order history in one place.
Can AYCO source something not listed in the shop?
If you can't find a product on AYCO, send us the model, link, or description via the custom order form or WhatsApp. We'll confirm availability and pricing before you pay — no surprises.
