Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Here's what's eligible and how it works.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.
What's eligible
Most catalog items are eligible for return within the window. Personalised items, final-sale items, and intimate or hygiene products may be excluded — any such exclusion is noted on the product page before you buy.
How to start a return
- Open the order in your account and choose the item to return.
- Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.
